DOES THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDE DELIVERY AND SETUP?

Yes! We offer free delivery, setup, and takedown within a 25 mile radius of Summerville, South Carolina. A delivery fee may apply for other locations.

IS THERE A SPACE REQUIREMENT? CAN THE SIMULATOR BE SETUP INDOORS?

Yes, for indoor rentals the golf simulator needs a space that is at least 11’ x 15’ and we recommend there be at least 11’ of ceiling clearance. For outdoor rentals, the inflatable enclosure is 11’ x 13’ x 11’. Electrical access is required, but a generator can be provided, if needed.

WHEN IS SETUP AND PICKUP?

Once we have recieved your event request, we will coordinate with you for setup prior to your event - we will ensure enough time to give the host a complete demo of the simulator. Pickup will be on the same day, after your event ends.

DO WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? WHAT is the cancellation policy?

All bookings require 50% of total booking cost for deposit to secure date (applied to total). Cancellation 72+ hours in advance of event will result in full refund, if event is cancelled under 72 hours in advance, there will be no refund - unless event needs to be cancelled due to imclement weather.

WHAT IS THE BAD WEATHER POLICY?

For outdoor bookings, the simulator cannot be operated in rain, high winds, lightning, or hazaradous weather conditions. If the customer can provide a covered, weather-safe area (garage or other indoor space), the event may continue as planned.

If we determine weather makes service unsafe, the customer will receive a full refund or can reschedule with no penalty. Weather determination is made 24-48 hours in advance, when possible, the final decision will be made 4-6 hours before the event time. We use local radar and forecasts to make the final decision.
