TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Company Information

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern our use of this website and services provided by Jackson Collective LLC, operating as Front Nine Mobile Golf.

  2. SERVICES

    Front Nine Mobile Golf provides mobile golf simulator rentals and related event services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by the company.

  3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

    A booking is not confirmed until deposit is received. Pricing, minimum rental times, and additional fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

  4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

    Client cancellation 72+ hours in advance of event will result in full refund, if event is cancelled under 72 hours in advance, there will be no refund - unless event needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather. Events may be rescheduled subject to availability. Front Nine Mobile Golf reserves the right to cancel, or stop service due to unsafe conditions, weather, equipment issues, or inappropriate behavior.

  5. USE OF EQUIPMENT

    Clients and participants agree to use equipment safely and as instructed. Be responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. Supervise minors at all times. 

  6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY

    Golf-related activities involve inherent risks. By participating, clients and participants assume all risks associated with simulator use. Front Nine Mobile Golf shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses except where caused by gross negligence.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and videos - is property of Front Nine Mobile Golf and may not be used without permission.

  8. WEBSITE USE

    You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

  9. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

  10. Changes TO TERMS

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
